Returns Policy for Upholstery Nest

Bespoke Orders and Returns

At Upholstery Nest, we take great pride in creating bespoke upholstered wall decorations and panels tailored specifically to your requirements. As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been placed and the product is in production or delivered.

Fabric Selection

To help ensure your satisfaction, we encourage customers to order fabric swatches before placing their order. This allows you to closely match the fabric’s colour and texture to your specific needs. Please note that the colours of fabrics may vary between our website images and the actual product due to lighting conditions and screen settings. Additionally, we reserve the right to change fabric suppliers, which could lead to slight variations in colour or texture between batches. If you have any concerns about fabric choice, please contact us before placing your order.

Manufacturing Defects

If there is an issue with the product due to manufacturing defects, please contact us directly at upholsterynest@outlook.com within 4 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement of the defective item. Please note that we cannot offer refunds, only replacements for items found to have manufacturing defects.

Warranty

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
