• Fabric Selection: We recommend ordering fabric swatches before placing your order to ensure that the fabric meets your expectations. Please note that colours may appear differently in person compared to the website due to lighting conditions and screen settings. Additionally, we reserve the right to change fabric suppliers, which may lead to slight variations in fabric colours.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Upholstery Nest reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Manufacturing Defects: If there is a manufacturing defect with your product, you must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order at upholsterynest@outlook.com. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement product. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only replacements for defective items.

We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, but Upholstery Nest is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier issues, customs, or adverse weather conditions. You will be notified with tracking information once your product has been dispatched.
